Early Beginnings
Anne Sofie’s musical journey began with a toy piano at age one. What started as simple tinkling soon developed into playing small melodies. By eight, she had outgrown the toy and started formal piano lessons with a real instrument.
Musical Influences
Her parents’ record collection, filled with classical works, shaped Anne Sofie’s tastes. She set her sights on mastering Beethoven’s Pathétique Sonata. While her peers danced to pop tunes, Anne Sofie found joy in Vivaldi’s concertos.
Formal Education
At fourteen, Anne Sofie was admitted to MGK, pursuing music studies alongside her regular schooling. Driven by passion, she chose to continue at MGK after 9th grade, foregoing traditional high school to focus on her conservatory aspirations.

- Studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen with Amalie Malling and Bohumila Jedličková,
- Robert Schumann Hochschule in Düsseldorf with Paolo Giacometti and Lisa Eisner-Smirnova.
- She is studying in the soloist class at the Jutland Conservatory of Music with Søren Rastogi as her teacher.
- Performing as a solo and chamber musician.
- Has performed in Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Lithuania, and Spain.
